Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Workday Payroll Functional Consultant to implement, configure, and support payroll solutions across UK engagements. You will own payroll processing, taxation, and reporting and collaborate with HR, Finance, and technical teams to deliver accurate, compliant payroll operations.

You will lead workshops, gather requirements, design solutions, test, deploy, and provide post-production support while advising on best practices and Workday leading practices to drive client

Qualifications

• Experience in Workday Payroll implementation and support.
• Proficient in payroll processing, earnings/deductions, and taxation.
• Ability to collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance and IT teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workday Payroll implementation, rollout, upgrade, and support projects.
• Conduct client workshops and gather payroll-related business requirements.
• Configure and maintain pay groups, pay components, earnings and deductions.
• Ensure payroll calculations correctness and reporting accuracy.
