Job summary

Demant is seeking an experienced UX Data Analyst to shape and measure user experience across hearing technology. You will build the data foundation, dashboards and governance to enable data-driven decisions with stakeholders from R&D, QA/RA, Sales & Marketing, and Product teams.

You will work in English in an international setting, leveraging Databricks, Power BI and AI tooling, while aligning with IEC 62366, ANSI/AAMI HE75 and ISO 14971 guidelines where relevant. Occasional travel is possible.

Qualifications

• Professional experience in data analysis, ideally in research, product development or quality environment.
• Fluency with Databricks, Power BI and multi-source data modelling (SQL or equivalent).
• Hands-on experience with AI tooling and VS Code/GitHub Copilot.
• Ability to mix quantitative methods with qualitative research and present clearly.
• Strong communication to non-technical stakeholders and senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Build the data foundation, tools and standards to make UX data measurable, comparable and actionable.
• Data engineering and Power BI: dashboards and pipelines integrating UX, market and usage data.
• Data management and governance: structure taxonomy and quality for a reusable research repository.
• Storytelling and visualization: support engineers and leaders with data-driven decisions.
• Methodological sparring: advise on statistics and design in usability tests and market studies.
• Explore AI in the analysis workflow to improve prototyping, testing and reporting.
