Job summary

Dentsu Consulting (BX) in Copenhagen seeks a Senior Consultant to drive strategy development and transformation programs for leading organisations. You will lead workstreams, conduct market and stakeholder analysis, and translate insights into actionable plans to unlock growth.

We value a collaborative, proactive mindset, 2–4 years in consulting, and a Master’s degree. You will engage with senior stakeholders and shape client engagements from day one in a dynamic, global advisers network.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years experience in consulting or related advisory work.
• Relevant Masters degree from university.
• Proven ability to structure complex problems and communicate solutions to senior stakeholders.
• Collaborative, proactive, and entrepreneurial mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams in commercial strategy development, growth initiatives, and transformation advisory projects.
• Conduct analysis and research to identify market opportunities, competitive dynamics, and insights.
• Translate findings into clear recommendations and action plans for client decisions and growth.
• Act as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders, facilitating workshops with executives.
• Contribute to the continued development of offering areas in growth, innovation, and strategy design.
