Job summary

Brock & Decker in Copenhagen is seeking talented strategy consulting professionals to join an established advisory platform. You will work on a broad range of strategic and operational projects with leading corporations, financial institutions and private equity investors.

Ideal candidates have 3–8+ years in strategy or management consulting, strong analytical and presentation skills, and fluency in English (Nordic languages a plus).

Qualifications

• 3-8+ years of experience in strategy or management consulting.
• Background in a recognized strategy consulting firm.
• Experience in private equity advisory, due diligence, financial services strategy, value creation or transformation.
• Analytical, financial and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience managing complex projects with senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Fluency in English; Danish or another Nordic language advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support and lead strategic advisory engagements across private equity and financial services.
• Conduct commercial due diligence, market assessments and growth strategy projects.
• Develop value creation and operational improvement initiatives for portfolio companies and corporate clients.
• Work on business transformation, market entry and performance improvement projects.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders and investment teams to develop actionable strategic recommendations.
• Manage project workstreams and contribute to client relationship development.
