Job summary

Unity is seeking a Senior Software Developer for the Adaptive Performance team to tackle complex performance challenges across devices and platforms. You will work with C# and C++ on Unity, native code, graphics, and device-specific tech to shape the next generation of adaptive performance.

You’ll profile CPU/GPU/memory and help translate performance data into actionable improvements, mentor others, and contribute to design, implementation, and testing across Unity and partner technologies.

Qualifications

• Strong software development experience with C# and C++, including large and unfamiliar codebases.
• Deep understanding of CPU, GPU, memory, threading, and runtime performance.
• Hands-on experience with profiling and diagnostic tools, such as Unity Profiler, Xcode Instruments, Perfetto, or equivalent.
