The role

Lead critical data platform transformation initiatives in the public sector. As Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading complex technology and data platform initiatives from planning through implementation.

• Leading data platform migration and transformation projects
• Managing project scope, timelines, budgets and risks
• Coordinating stakeholders across business, technology and external suppliers
• Driving planning, execution and governance activities
• Facilitating steering committees, workshops, and decision‑making forums
• Ensuring successful transition from legacy platforms to modern data solutions
• Managing dependencies across multiple workstreams and teams
• Reporting project status, risks, and progress to senior stakeholders

Your profile

We are looking for a project manager who combines strong leadership capabilities with experience from large‑scale data and technology programmes.

• Several years of experience managing complex IT and digital transformation projects
• Proven experience leading data platform migration or modernisation initiatives
• Experience working with enterprise data platforms, analytics environments or data management solutions
• Strong stakeholder management skills and experience working with senior leadership teams
• Experience navigating complex organisational environments with multiple stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills in Danish and English

• Experience from the public sector or highly regulated industries (advantageous)
• Experience with data governance, data quality or master data initiatives (advantageous)
• Familiarity with Agile and traditional project management methodologies (advantageous)
• Experience working within structured governance and programme management frameworks (advantageous)
