Job summary

Lunar Denmark is hiring a Senior Product Manager – Core Experience to lead navigation and core UX patterns from Aarhus, with Copenhagen and Stockholm as potential bases. You’ll drive information architecture, shared components, and AI integration across consumer and business experiences, collaborating with design, marketing, and engineers to ensure Lunar feels cohesive and simple to use.

Qualifications

• Experience changing something structural in a consumer app people use daily — navigation, AI, onboarding, or another key journey.
• Experience moving a product's quality bar, whether within your own team or through influence across others.
• Taste and judgement — you can explain why something isn't good enough in a way people can act on.
• Technical enough that iOS, Android and web engineers want you in the architecture conversation.
• Nice to have: experience building for builders as well as customers (design systems, shared components, app platforms, developer tooling, or similar), Nordic banking context.

Responsibilities

• Own the information architecture. Decide how Lunar is organised and how people move through it, so the products we've built actually get discovered and adopted.
• Build the patterns, components and shared surfaces other squads build on, so a squad ships in days instead of weeks, and it still feels like Lunar when they're done.
• Set the quality bar and instrument it, so the org steers by evidence instead of debating taste in review meetings.
• Drive the craft — working with Design and Marketing to decide how Lunar looks, moves and sounds where customers actually meet it.
• Own how AI shows up in the app, setting the patterns that keep the experience coherent as more teams build with AI.
• Shape navigation and discovery across Consumer and Business, and get all of this done through other people, without formal authority over the squads you're changing — using evidence, a clear point of view, and by making the right thing the easy thing.

As our new Senior Product Manager – Core Experience you'll join the Core Experience team based in Aarhus (Copenhagen and Stockholm also possible), reporting to Szymon, working to be the shared ground every other squad builds on, so Lunar feels like one thing, works every time, and asks almost nothing of the person using it.

What are we looking for in you?

• Nice to have: experience building for builders as well as customers (design systems, shared components, app platforms, developer tooling, or similar), experience putting AI-first products in front of real users, and experience in banking or another regulated business, ideally with Nordic context.
