Job summary

Boyum IT Solutions GmbH in Aalborg seeks a Senior Product Manager to shape and grow our Dynamics 365 Business Central portfolio. You will own the Fornav and Netronic scheduling solutions and explore new warehouse and logistics opportunities, translating customer needs into valuable product decisions.

Collaborating with the VP Product Management and cross‑functional teams, you’ll drive the product roadmap, improve existing offerings, and ensure successful releases.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer and partner needs. Identify challenges and gather feedback from manufacturing and logistics partners.
• Shape and prioritize the product roadmap, balancing customer needs and resources.
• Develop existing products (For nav, Netronic) and explore new warehouse/logistics opportunities.
• Turn business needs into product requirements and work with Development Managers to bring solutions to market.
• Work across Development, Sales and Marketing to support releases, positioning and launches.
• Measure and improve product performance using customer feedback and data.

logistics businesses.

At Boyum IT, we're looking for a Senior Product Manager to help shape and develop our

portfolio of solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

You'll take ownership of an established portfolio, including Fornav and the Netronic

scheduling solutions, while also helping us explore new opportunities within warehouse

and logistics management.

Working closely with our VP Product Management, you'll turn insights from customers and

partners into product decisions that create real business value.

This is an opportunity to combine your understanding of manufacturing and logistics with

product development and have a direct influence on the future of our solutions.

What You Will Be Doing

• Understand customer and partner needs. Work directly with manufacturing and logistics businesses and our partner network to identify challenges, gather feedback and understand where our products can make a difference.
• Shape and prioritize the product roadmap. Translate our product strategy into clear priorities, balancing customer needs, business opportunities and development resources.
• Develop existing products and explore new opportunities. Drive improvements to Fornav and Netronic and help evaluate new warehouse and logistics solutions, including whether to develop or acquire new capabilities.
• Turn business needs into product requirements. Use your understanding of manufacturing and logistics processes to define requirements and work closely with Development Managers to bring solutions to market.
• Work across teams. Collaborate with Development, Sales and Marketing to support product releases, positioning and launches.
• Measure and improve product performance. Use customer feedback, partner insights and relevant data to assess how our products perform and identify opportunities for improvement.

What We Are Looking For

We're interested in people who combine a strong understanding of manufacturing and logistics with the ability to turn business needs into practical software solutions.

You could come from product management, product ownership, ERP consulting or software implementation. What matters most is your experience and understanding of the industry.

We're looking for someone with:

• Strong experience with ERP and business software solutions, including deep, hands‑on knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and its application in manufacturing and logistics processes.
• Solid, hands‑on experience with manufacturing and logistics processes, such as production planning, scheduling and warehouse operations.
• Experience translating business and customer needs into software solutions, whether through product management, consulting, implementation or a similar role.
• An understanding of commercial priorities and customer needs, including the ability to evaluate different requirements and make informed decisions.
• Experience collaborating across teams and stakeholders, communicating priorities and helping move decisions forward.

You don't necessarily need to have held the title of Product Manager before. We're more

interested in your knowledge, experience and ability to turn real business challenges into

valuable product solutions.
