Job summary

Ramboll's Peoplexact product design team seeks a Senior Product Designer to strengthen UI and systems thinking for our customers across the Nordics and Europe. You’ll work closely with PMs, Tech Leads and engineers on our digital SaaS products.

You’ll join the Design Guild and help shape a growing design system while collaborating with product, domain experts and sales. You’ll contribute to discovery and crafting delightful, data-informed insights.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a product organisation.
• Strong UI and visual design skills with experience building a design system.
• Experience conducting product discovery including user research.
• Collaborative, proactive and senior stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Balance user needs, business goals and technical feasibility in designs.
• Contribute to a design system used across multiple product teams.
• Lead or participate in product discovery including user research.
• Drive the design process from insight and ideation to prototyping and validation.
