Job summary

Maersk, a global leader in logistics, seeks a Senior Product Manager for Routing to transform routing decisions across the network. You will own the Routing Engine roadmap, define success metrics, and collaborate with business and tech teams to deliver automated, scalable routing solutions.

In this maternity cover role, you’ll engage with stakeholders across Network Design, Operations, Technology, and Commercial functions to ensure continuity and value realization while migrating from legacy

Qualifications

• Proven product leadership with vision, roadmaps, epics, and delivery ownership.
• Identify and implement AI/automation to simplify processes and scale.
• Use data and metrics to guide prioritization and measure outcomes.
• Improve operations through lean methodology and process optimization.
• Deep logistics or routing knowledge across transport networks.
• Influence and align stakeholders in a complex matrix organization.
• Bridge business and technology to translate challenges into scalable solutions.
• Demonstrate resilience, adaptability, and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Own the product and process roadmap for Routing Engine aligned with strategy.
• Define outcomes, metrics, and ensure delivery of benefits to business-as-usual.
• Lead discovery and explore automation, data, and AI opportunities.
• Govern routing policies, rules, and compliance during legacy-to-modern migration.
• Engage stakeholders across Business, Technology, Network Design, and Operations.
• Support change management and drive consensus for routing initiatives.
• Drive migration of routing capabilities to scalable product solutions.
