Qualifications

• Experience in pension provider, consultancy, or Life & Pensions domain.
• Solid leadership and ability to drive complex initiatives.
• Proven track record in transformation and value delivery.
• Experience with stakeholder engagement and advisory activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale transformation initiatives in pension organisations and align leadership, business and delivery.
• Define features and roadmap for pension solutions, validate designs, align with customer needs.
• Support pre-sales and advisory activities by identifying opportunities and presenting solutions.
