Job summary

Aeven seeks an experienced Senior Network Advisory Consultant to shape and deliver network infrastructure solutions. You will bridge our advisory team, clients, delivery, and partners to implement secure, scalable ADC architectures.

You will participate in client meetings, capture commercial needs, and design robust network solutions with hands-on involvement and deep security focus. Remote/hybrid Denmark-based work is supported.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of work experience in network infrastructure and design.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Experience with technical project management.
• Strong ability to translate customer needs into tested network solutions.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor for multiple customers’ projects.
• Own end-to-end ADC architecture and customer solutions.

Senior Network Advisory ADC Consultant – Security

Do you have passion for delivering network solutions to your clients? Would you like to influence the short- and long-term design of a business-critical client network infrastructure solution?

We are currently looking for an experienced Network Advisory Consultant to join our network advisory team in Ballerup, Odense, Århus or Ålborg.

Your Responsibilities as a Senior Network Advisor

You will have a key, strategic role, acting as a link between our network Advisory team, our customer, our delivery organization, and external business partners.

As a Senior Network Advisory Consultant, you will be attending many client meetings, and it will be your responsibility to recognize and understand customers' commercial needs, and in cooperation with other Aeven Advisory specialists, offer stable network solutions which meet the expected quality.

You will:

• Act as trusted advisor and Network Advisor for different customers' projects.
• Have end-to-end responsibility for ADC architecture and solutions provided to customers.
• Participate in network projects as a lead Consultant and implementor.
• Have a presales role in BIDs and new projects.
• Transform our customers' needs into well-documented solutions.
• Have hands-on on many of the solutions.

Your Qualifications

You have a strong technical background in network infrastructure, and you can cover several of the below technologies:

• Relevant and adequate work experience and education (at least 10 years).
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with technical project management.
• Professional approach and extensive experience within network solution design.
• Deep knowledge of several of the below technologies – including hands-on:
  • F5 BIG-IP LTM (Local Traffic Manager) – load balancing and traffic management
  • F5 AWAF/ASM – Web Application Firewall and application security
  • F5 APM – Access Policy Manager for identity and access control
  • F5 AFM – Advanced Firewall Manager for network-layer security
  • Deep understanding of application-layer traffic flows, HTTP/HTTPS inspection, session persistence, SSL/TLS offloading, and application-aware security policies
  • F5 BIG-IP Virtual Edition (VE) and rSeries appliances
  • vCMP (Virtual Clustered Multiprocessing) for multi-tenant deployments
  • F5 Distributed Cloud Services
  • SGT (Security Group Tags)
  • Zero-trust technologies like Zscaler, Cisco NDR, Microsegmentation etc.
  • Cisco Firewalls (ASA, Firepower)
  • Palo Alto suite
  • MPLS, WAN
  • Infrastructure automation with Ansible

It will be an advantage if you:

• have deep experience with outsourcing IT, from a customer or supplier perspective, as well as acting as a consultant.
• can manage complex communication and negotiations from different perspectives and interests. Regardless of your background, the right drive and passion for creating strong relationships with our stakeholders is what we are looking for.

You will be supported by a broad range of Aeven specialists, so you will gain knowledge of technologies that you are less familiar with. You must be able to adopt new technologies to benefit our customers immediately.

This position requires partly physical presence in Ballerup, Odense, Århus or Aalborg, partly physical presence at the customer and ability to work from home every now and then.
