Job summary

Worldline is seeking a Product Manager for Mobile App to define the strategy and execution across iOS and Android, aligning with EU FinTech market trends. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build a data-driven backlog and prioritize deliverables that optimize performance metrics.

Responsibilities include leading discovery, shaping user journeys, and ensuring on-time delivery while staying compliant with PSD2/GDPR and related regulations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management in FinTech, Banking, or Payments.
• Proven track record delivering mobile applications (iOS and/or Android).
• Strong command of Agile/Scrum methodologies; CSPO certification is a plus.
• Experience in the European market with knowledge of EU regulations (PSD2, GDPR, DORA).
• Ability to write structured User Stories, Epics, and PRDs.
• Strong analytical skills - comfortable with data dashboards and metrics tools.
• Excellent communication skills in English (additional EU language is a strong plus).

Responsibilities

• Define and own the mobile product roadmap aligned with business goals and EU FinTech market trends.
• Lead product discovery workshops with stakeholders, customers, and technical teams.
• Write clear Epics, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria; facilitate sprint planning and backlog refinement.
• Define and execute mobile app launch strategies across EU markets; collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
