Job summary

Vestas is seeking a Specialist to join the AI/ML Chapter within Digital Solutions & Development. You will lead senior delivery across AI/ML, GenAI, and agentic solutions, partnering with product owners and engineers to scale capabilities across R&D, manufacturing, supply chain, and service.

You’ll drive end-to-end delivery, establish patterns and governance, and collaborate with Denmark-India teams to maximize business impact through responsible AI adoption.

Qualifications

• A master's degree or equivalent experience in ML engineering with 8+ years in ML lifecycle.
• Proven ability to design, deliver and scale production AI/ML solutions across full stack.
• Experience with NLP, GenAI, agentic systems and cloud pipelines (Azure preferred).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product owners to build and scale AI/ML capabilities in digital products.
• Lead design, delivery and scaling of ML/GenAI solutions across the value chain.
• Integrate AI/ML capabilities into enterprise apps ensuring adoption and value realization.
• Promote reusable patterns, data readiness, and governance for trusted AI.
