Job summary

Qualifications

• A strong understanding of cGMP, quality systems, operational excellence and systematic problem solving, combined with demonstrated ability to translate strategic plans into operational goals and deliver results through complex assignments.
• Excellent coaching, development and motivational skills, with experience leading professional and knowledge-driven employees.
• Strong analytical judgement and the ability to navigate ambiguity and complexity, paired with a proactive, improvement-oriented mindset.
• Excellent collaboration, communication and stakeholder management skills, with fluency in Danish and a good command of English

Your new role

As Senior Manager Process Support in filling, you will lead a professional, knowledge-driven team that supports aseptic production across our haemophilia filling lines in Gentofte. Your new department

In Global Manufacturing & Supply, we cover the full value chain from drug and device development to marketed Novo Nordisk products. We are more than 30,000 colleagues across the globe with the shared responsibility of scaling molecules, processes, devices, and products, dedicated to supplying life-saving medicines to the patients who need them most.

You will join DPM GE Haemophilia Filling L1/L5, a department of approximately 110 colleagues dedicated to the aseptic filling of haemophilia products. The team is in an exciting phase — balancing the optimisation of established production lines with the introduction of a new filling line — making this a unique opportunity to shape operations from the ground up while sustaining excellence in an established environment.

Salary: For this role, the Annual Base Salary ranges from 742,600.00 to 1,091,600.00 DKK, corresponding to the level of the position. The placement within the salary range will be assessed during the recruitment process based on the candidate’s skills, competencies, knowledge, and relevant experience.
