You will:- Build trusted relationships with senior government, defence, and industry leaders.- Identify, shape, and lead strategic transformation opportunities.- Lead pursuits, proposals, and solution development activities.- Advise clients on operating model, workforce, digital, AI, and mission modernization initiatives.- Lead complex transformation programs from strategy through implementation.- Bring together cross-functional teams to deliver integrated, outcome-focused solutions.- Develop market insights and thought leadership on emerging defence and public sector priorities.- Coach and develop consulting talent while contributing to practice growth and innovation.Here's What You'll Need- 10+ years of experience in consulting, Defence, Public Service, National Security, or related sectors.- Experience leading large-scale transformation programs and executive stakeholder relationships.- Proven business development and pursuit leadership experience.- Strong communication, facilitation, and executive presentation skills.- Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and complex stakeholder environments.- Eligibility to obtain or hold a Government of Canada security clearance.- A minimum of a high school diploma or GED is required for this positionBonus Points If- Experience working with DND, CAF, Public Safety, RCMP, CBSA, SSC, PSPC, or other federal organizations.- Experience in mission systems, command and control, defence modernization, supply chain, logistics, enterprise transformation, or AI-enabled operations.- Existing Secret or Top Secret security clearance.- Experience working with defence industry partners, OEMs, or sovereign capability initiatives.Why AccentureJoin a team helping shape the future of Defence and Public Service transformation.
