Job summary

Zealand Pharma A/S in Denmark seeks a Senior Lean Specialist to drive lean standardization across our manufacturing processes in a GMP environment. You will lead process mapping, coach teams, and act as a trusted advisor to production, bringing seniority and credibility to change initiatives.

Qualifications

Your new position

As our new Senior Lean Specialist, you will play a key role in driving lean standardization across our processes. Drawing on solid experience from a GMP-regulated environment, you will lead process mapping activities, structure complex problem-solving efforts, and act as a trusted advisor to production teams. You will bring seniority and credibility to the role, informally leading and coaching teams through change without relying on formal authority.

Your profile

You bring solid, hands‑on experience from a similar role in a GMP-regulated environment, and you have an analytical and structured approach. You bring strong collaboration skills and a proactive approach to problem‑solving, and you have a genuine passion for continuous improvement.

Your new team

You will be part of the Manufacturing department, consisting of 8 specialists. Your role will be to support the area of Technical Development and Manufacturing, which covers all activities from process development, tech transfer, drug substance and drug product production, device development, supply chain, and clinical trial supply.
