Job summary

Sisk Group Denmark is looking for a Health & Safety Advisor to lead a professional HSE culture across all sites, ensuring best‑in‑class safety is planned, implemented and shared. You will audit workplaces, advise project stakeholders, and help with investigations when incidents occur.

Responsibilities include delivering training, staying updated on regulatory changes, and coordinating with the HSE Manager to ensure adequate safety coverage across projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in the construction industry.
• Minimum 3 years as a health and safety professional.
• Technical membership of IOSH (Tech IOSH).
• Identify and alert the HSE Manager to any period of inadequate safety cover.
• Assist tender and prequalification teams by advising on safety concerns.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and provide sound health & safety advice.
• Carry out audits/inspections of Sisk workplaces.
• Attend site incidents and assist with investigations.
• Lead investigations in absence of senior managers.
• Deliver appropriate health and safety training to staff.
