Job summary

Devote Consulting is seeking a Senior Consultant to join our team as a GxP validation expert. You’ll validate systems, data, and processes in the pharmaceutical life sciences sector, supporting R&D and clinical operations.

The role emphasizes stakeholder management, agile delivery, and the ability to drive compliant documentation. You’ll work with clients and fellow consultants to deliver high-impact validation projects and improvements.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field or higher.
• 5+ years as Validation Lead for GxP systems in regulated industries (Pharma/Biotech/MedTech).
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Experience with agile delivery methods is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Deliver impactful changes in processes, data, and systems for life science projects (R&D and clinical operations).
• Redesign validation and quality processes to improve efficiency.
• Lead project planning and ensure delivery of compliance documentation with stakeholders.
