Job summary

Visma e-conomic seeks a Senior Growth Strategist to guide ventures from ideation to launch within the Growth Lab. You will lead structured ideation, mentor founders, and ensure gates remain honest, with data-driven decisions guiding progress.

You will collaborate with a small, ambitious squad and have autonomy to shape how we work at the crossroads of strategy, innovation, and execution.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience from consulting, business development, venture fund, or similar.
• Strategic mindset with ability to bring clarity to messy ideas.
• Advisor instincts to move a loose idea toward product-market fit and know when to push or stop.

Responsibilities

• Driving structured ideation: designing and running quarterly ideation sprints and workshops, shaping ideas into ventures through market research and explorations with clear bet/no-bet recommendations.
• Sparring with founders and venture teams: maturing the idea, finding product-market fit, and building the business case.
• Setting up gates at the start of each venture and preparing venture boards based on what the gates and data say.
• Connecting: bringing the right people together, mobilising resources, clearing roadblocks, and keeping momentum.
• Keeping updated on the start-up environment and participating in events.
