Job summary

Radiometer is seeking a Senior Manager EHS to lead the Environment, Health and Safety strategy for the Brønshøj Manufacturing and Headquarters campus. You will drive regulatory compliance, safety culture, and continuous improvement across manufacturing, laboratory, warehouse, engineering and HQ operations in Denmark.

The role reports to the Site Lead Manufacturing and is an on-site position located in Brønshøj.

Qualifications

Master degree in a related technical discipline.
At least five years of EHS leadership in regulated manufacturing.
Experience with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
Fluent Danish communication is required.
Travel up to 10–15% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

Lead the EHS function for a combined manufacturing, laboratory, warehouse, engineering and headquarters site.
Develop and deploy site EHS strategy, objectives and improvement plans aligned with Radiometer standards.
Ensure compliance with environmental, occupational health and safety regulations and audits.
Partner with site leadership to identify and mitigate risks.
Lead incident investigations and SIF prevention initiatives.
Drive ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems and CI activities.
Develop EHS team capabilities and strengthen a proactive safety culture.
