Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in digital product management, website development, digital experience, marketing, or a similar field.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the website product roadmap & capabilities, setting priorities and trade-offs.
• Bridge experience and execution with design, business, engineering and web operations to turn concepts into scalable solutions.
• Translate concepts into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for development teams.
• Collaborate with engineers and solution architects to refine and validate scalable, fit-for-purpose solutions.
• Ensure global consistency with local relevance, with reusable components and guidelines.
• Drive UAT and release readiness with proper documentation.
• Use data and insights to measure impact and continuously improve website experience.
• Ensure WCAG accessibility and regulatory alignment throughout the product lifecycle.
