Job summary

Intellishore is seeking a Senior Platform Architect to design, build, and maintain data platforms for health-industry clients. You will collaborate with infrastructure, AI engineering, and product design teams to deliver secure, scalable data platforms using Databricks and Snowflake.

The role emphasizes architectural leadership, hands-on data engineering, and driving best practices across multiple projects within the AI & Engineering tribe.

Qualifications

• Deep, hands-on experience with Databricks, Snowflake, or both.
• Extensive experience with data architecture, data modelling, data engineering and integration towards many types of data sources.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Active interest in mentoring and sharing knowledge about platform releases and news.
• Experience as a consultant driving data platform projects, sales and account ownership is a plus.
• Experience configuring data platforms as Infrastructure-as-Code, e.g. Terraform, is a big plus.
• Experience running data platforms in regulated environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and evolve our clients’ data platform architecture, including Databricks and/or Snowflake environments.
• Set technical direction and best practice for data engineering and integration across projects.
• Configure and maintain data platforms as Infrastructure-as-Code.
• Mentor and share knowledge across the team, keeping everyone up to date on the latest platform capabilities.
• Build strong client relationships and translate business needs into robust technical solutions.
