Job summary

Siemens EDA is seeking a Data Analyst to build dashboards and data pipelines, turning complex data into actionable insights. You will model data for KPI clarity and partner with global teams to enhance service delivery.

Strong Python/SQL skills and Power BI experience are essential, along with English proficiency and a proactive, collaborative mindset. This role is hybrid and based in a global Siemens environment.

Qualifications

• BS/MS plus 5+ years in data analytics, analytics engineering, data science, or similar.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights to improve operations.
• Knowledge of data warehouses, lakes, marts, and BI platforms.
• Excellent English communication across cultures and levels.

Responsibilities

• Build, enhance, and maintain dashboards and reports to unlock insights.
• Analyze large datasets to uncover trends and patterns.
• Design and maintain data pipelines for reliable data flow.
• Develop robust data models (star/snowflake) to support metrics.
• Collaborate with global teams to improve service delivery and KPIs.
• Work with support managers to drive excellence and operational KPIs.
• Create interfaces/apps for data access and governance.
• Evaluate and adopt modern analytics tools and AI-enabled automation.
