Job summary

Weld in Copenhagen is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to turn raw data into actionable insights for both Weld and its customers. You will work directly with customers, design data models, and build dashboards that reveal value from the Weld platform.

You will own the data lifecycle from warehouse design to analysis, mentor junior analysts, and communicate complex findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders. A collaborative, startup-minded culture awaits.

At Weld we believe data should empower teams, not overwhelm them. As a Senior Data Analyst you will turn raw data into insights that drive both our own decisions and our customers' success. You will work internally and directly with customers, helping them make sense of their data and get its full value from the Weld platform.

You will support every stage of the data lifecycle, from designing and modelling warehouse schemas to building dashboards and running deep analyses. You will also be a trusted partner to customers, helping them implement metrics, interpret trends and get value from their ETL and reverse ETL.
