Job summary

A leading cloud solutions provider in Hovedstaden, Denmark is seeking a Senior Cloud Consultant. The role involves designing enterprise-grade Azure platforms and advising clients on governance and security best practices. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience with Azure architecture and solid skills in Infrastructure as Code, using Bicep or Terraform. This position offers an opportunity to influence strategic projects while working closely with clients and internal teams to optimize cloud environments.

Do you want to design and build advanced cloud solutions that support complex businesses?
At VENZO, we are looking for an experienced Senior Cloud Consultant who can take responsibility for architecture, governance, and advisory – and who thrives working closely with both clients and colleagues.

Your role
You will join our Cloud Infrastructure team, who design and develop Azure solutions in collaboration with our clients. Typically, you’ll work on‑site with one or more of our skilled colleagues, acting as the technical expert who advises the client while developing and implementing cloud solutions tailored to their needs in terms of security, scalability, cost, and best practices.

We build our solutions using Infrastructure as Code (Bicep or Terraform) and follow DevOps principles.

At the same time, you’ll contribute to the ongoing development of our internal toolbox, which supports our standardised approach to client deliveries, while sharing your experiences and learnings – an important part of teamwork within the team.

What you’ll do:

• Designing and building enterprise‑grade Azure platforms for large and complex environments
• Developing governance strategies and implementing Azure Policies
• Advising clients based on the Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF) and best practices
• Setting up advanced network architectures (e.g., hybrid connectivity and cross‑region setups)
• Infrastructure as Code with Bicep or Terraform
• Automation and CI/CD pipelines with DevOps principles
• Optimizing security, cost, and monitoring in cloud environments
• Collaborating with clients and internal teams to ensure quality and progress
