Job summary

Novo Nordisk is seeking a Senior Clinical Data Scientist in Søborg or Aalborg, Denmark, to drive clinical data science activities from trial setup to regulatory submission. You will collaborate with global trial teams, statisticians, and regulatory experts to deliver high-quality data and submission-ready analyses.

The role requires a PhD or MSc in life sciences or related fields with 2+ years in statistical programming, strong R/SAS skills, and experience with SDTM/ADaM and TFL generation.

Qualifications

• PhD or master's in life sciences or related field with 2+ years in statistical programming and clinical trial data analysis.
• Strong programming skills in R or SAS and experience with SDTM, ADaM, and TFL generation.
• Knowledge of GxP and clinical data management processes.
• Experience collaborating across functions, geographies, and external partners.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical data science activities from trial setup through analysis and regulatory submission.
• Provide expertise on eCRFs, Data Flow Plans, Blinding Plans, protocols, and statistical analysis plans.
• Ensure SDTM, ADaM, and TFL deliverables meet Novo Nordisk standards.
• Act as an operational partner within trial squads, coordinating with CROs and suppliers.
• Drive continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within Clinical Data Science.
