Qualifications

• Proficiency in Manufacturing Engineering MES (5+ years of experience required).
• Strong analytical skills to diagnose and troubleshoot complex software issues within manufacturing execution systems.
• Experience managing and supporting enterprise-level software applications in manufacturing environments.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with system monitoring tools and incident management processes.
• Excellent communication skills to document issues and interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
