Program Manager for complex transition and transformation programs in manufacturing, retail and logistics environments. Strong profile in governance, planning, stakeholder management, dependency handling, and execution across business and IT. Used to driving multi-workstream programs involving operating model change, system transition, process harmonization, and implementation planning while ensuring structure, momentum, business change management and business continuity.
