Job summary

Blackbird Coffee is hiring a Creative Performance Specialist to join our team at the office in Herlev, Greater Copenhagen. You will produce ads across Meta, LinkedIn and YouTube for multiple markets, turning ideas into scroll-stopping creatives and iterating from real-world performance data.

You’ll own the production process, collaborating with the Head of Marketing and team to ensure fast, high-quality outputs that drive growth in our B2B coffee solution.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience producing creatives for ads on social media
• Strong instinct for what stops scrolling and drives engagement
• Curious, proactive and able to learn quickly from performance data
• Fluent in English, written and spoken
• Understanding of digital media and online advertising

Responsibilities

• Create banner ads in Photoshop and Figma
• Take productions from idea to finished creative
• Shoot and edit native videos and images for social media
• Adapt creatives to different channels, formats and markets
• Direct colleagues and help them perform naturally on camera
• Turn ad performance learnings into new creative iterations
• Research effective ads, formats and approaches used by others
• Develop new concepts with the marketing team
