Job summary

Novonesis is seeking an SAP EWM IT Expert to design, implement and optimize scalable warehouse solutions within a global S/4HANA landscape. You will join the Inbound-to-Outbound track, collaborating with business and technical stakeholders in a DevOps-style setup.

Qualifications

• 5+ years SAP experience with strong EWM focus.
• Solid S/4HANA or ECC with migration exposure.
• Hands-on configuration across WM, storage, inbound/outbound, inventory, and production integration.
• Strong end-to-end supply chain process understanding.
• Ability to challenge and refine technical designs.
• Familiarity with integration patterns (MM, TM, PP, APIs, IDocs).
• Comfortable translating business needs into solutions with stakeholders.

Are you a hands-on SAP EWM IT expert who thrives on solving complex logistics challenges? At Novonesis, you’ll work at the core of a large-scale S/4HANA greenfield implementation, transforming, designing and delivering modern, scalable warehouse solutions across a global landscape.

This is not a maintenance role—you’ll actively design, implement, and optimize end-to-end logistics processes using cutting-edge SAP technologies.

You’ll be part of the Inbound-to-Outbound (I2O) track in our S/4 program, collaborating with business and technical stakeholders in a truly cross-functional DevOps-style setup.

Your focus will be on

In this role, you will design, implement, and continuously improve scalable warehouse and logistics solutions across our global S/4HANA landscape.

Your responsibilities

• Designing and configuring SAP EWM solutions in S/4HANA.
• Optimizing processes using standard S/4 capabilities and best practices.
• Translating business needs into scalable system architecture and functional designs.
• Contributing to integration design across SAP modules and adjacent systems.
• Supporting testing (UAT), releases, and incident and root-cause analysis.
• Continuously improving solutions through data-driven insights and performance tuning.

What you’ll bring

• 5+ years of SAP experience, with a strong focus on EWM.
• Solid experience with S/4HANA, or ECC with migration exposure.
• Hands-on configuration experience across warehouse management and storage control, inbound and outbound logistics, and inventory management and production integration.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes.
• Ability to challenge and refine technical designs.
• Familiarity with integration patterns, for example MM, TM, PP, APIs, and IDocs.
• Comfortable working closely with business stakeholders and translating requirements into solutions.
