The North Face Copenhagen, part of VF, is seeking enthusiastic Sales Associates to deliver an outstanding shopping experience to international customers and uphold brand standards in our store.

About the role

Our Sales Associates play a key role in bringing our brands to life. Working in a dynamic environment, you will provide exceptional service, share product expertise, and help maintain the highest brand standards throughout the store.

How you will make a difference

We expect you to create memorable customer experiences by:

• Providing the highest level of customer service, ensuring that all customers are treated with respect

• Developing a thorough knowledge of products in store

• Maintaining merchandising standards in accordance with brand guidelines

• Keeping up to date with current trends and the brand’s place within the market

• Following all operational procedures in the store and in the stock room.
