Job summary

Job-Link A/S seeks an experienced Safety Lead to support a major pharmaceutical project in west Zealand. You will ensure work is planned and executed safely across the site, with a focus on commissioning activities and risk management.

You will coordinate safety activities, advise project teams and contractors, oversee LOTO and other controls, and promote a proactive safety culture among multiple teams. English communication is essential; Danish is not required.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in HSE or operational safety roles within major industrial, construction or commissioning projects.
• Good understanding of commissioning-related risks and safety procedures, ideally including LOTO.
• Experience coordinating contractors and working with multiple stakeholders.
• Confidence to provide senior-level advice and challenge decisions constructively.
• A pragmatic, structured and proactive approach to safety.
• Professional English communication skills; Danish is not required.
