Job summary

TJÆREBORG KOMPENSATORFABRIK A/S is seeking a reliable Production Operator for rolling and automatic longitudinal seam welding. No formal welding qualification required; strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn are essential.

Responsibilities include operating rolling and welding machines, basic quality checks, and maintaining a safe, organized workspace. Training provided; good teamwork and attention to detail are valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or metalworking is a plus.
• Strong ability to understand and operate machines.
• Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures.
• Good teamwork and independent work capability.
• Focus on quality and safety during production.
• Able to communicate in English (Danish is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Operate rolling machines and production equipment.
• Monitor and control an automatic longitudinal seam welding machine.
• Set up and adjust machines and equipment as needed.
• Monitor production for stability and quality.
• Perform basic dimensional and visual checks.
• Identify deviations and report issues to team lead.
• Keep workspace clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow quality, safety and production procedures.
