Job summary

CloserHire seeks an experienced SAP FS-PM Techno-Functional Consultant for a remote, Europe-wide insurance transformation programme. The role focuses on leading design workshops, translating requirements into designs, and configuring SAP FS-PM while collaborating with architects, developers, and business teams.

This B2B, 3-month engagement offers full-time CET hours (09:00–18:00) with a preference for Scandinavia-based professionals and strong SAP Fioneer exposure.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on expertise in SAP FS-PM.
• Proven experience in solution design and functional architecture.
• Solid FS-PM configuration experience.
• Strong understanding of insurance processes, ideally Life and/or P&C.
• English C1 ABAP knowledge, including debugging, BADIs, user exits, or enhancements, is an advantage.
• Experience with IDocs, APIs, middleware, and system integrations is highly desirable.
• Experience with the SAP Fioneer ecosystem is a strong advantage.
• Previous experience in large-scale transformation programmes.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution design workshops with business stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical solution designs.
• Perform hands-on configuration within SAP FS-PM (Financial, services – Policy Management).
• Work closely with architects, developers, and business teams throughout implementation.
• Guide technical teams on enhancements, custom development, interfaces, and data migration.
