Job summary

Implement Consulting Group is seeking an experienced Microsoft Purview specialist to lead end-to-end compliance projects for diverse clients across industries. You will design, deploy, and optimize Purview solutions, develop data protection policies, and create executive dashboards, collaborating with engineers and managed service customers to mature data security practices.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience enabling security and compliance in Microsoft environments.
• Experience with Purview including classification, protection, DLP and Insider Risk.
• Certifications in compliance and security or willingness to obtain within 90 days.
• Strong communication skills and confidence in client-facing settings.

Responsibilities

• Design, deployment, and optimisation of Microsoft Purview solutions, including Data Classification, Information Protection, Data Loss Prevention, and Insider Risk Management
• Development of data protection policies, automation workflows, and compliance reporting tailored to client requirements
• Assessment and reporting on the maturity of client data security and compliance deployments
• Definition and creation of operational and executive compliance dashboards and reports
• Integration activities across Microsoft Purview and the broader Microsoft 365 compliance ecosystem
• Collaborate with engineers, contribute to R&D, and support managed service customers in maturing practices
