Job summary

Scrive is seeking a Platform Engineer to design, build, and maintain our internal engineering platform. You will provide a stable, self-service foundation for all engineering teams using Kubernetes, AWS, and OpenStack, while shaping developer experience across Europe.

You will own the platform tooling, drive IaC with Terraform and Ansible, manage Rancher and ArgoCD, and collaborate with developers to remove bottlenecks and improve reliability.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on Platform Engineer or similar role.
• Experience in Linux system administration.
• IaC with Terraform and Ansible.
• Kubernetes ecosystem expertise including Rancher and GitOps with ArgoCD.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain a self-service platform for engineering teams.
• Automate provisioning and lifecycle management of Linux-based environments.
• Own core toolchain including Rancher, ArgoCD, Prometheus, Grafana.
• Provide hands-on support to developers and troubleshoot deployments.
• Drive continuous improvement and evaluate new technologies to enhance developer experience.
