Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
• Proven experience as IT Manager or similar role in a corporate setting.
• Strong knowledge of network administration, security protocols, hardware/software systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations.
• Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and security.
• Plan, coordinate, and implement new systems or upgrades to existing ones.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues or outages.
• Ensure data backup and disaster recovery plans are in place and regularly tested.
• Oversee software licensing compliance.
• Stay informed about new technologies and make recommendations for their implementation.
