Job summary

Concentrix CVG Services Denmark ApS is seeking a Cloud Solution Architect with deep AD/PKI expertise to guide secure identity architectures for enterprise customers. This role is customer-facing, focusing on design, delivery, and governance of AD and PKI in hybrid environments.

You'll lead end-to-end engagements, troubleshoot complex identity and certificate issues, and collaborate with CSAMs, partners, and engineering teams to deliver resilient solutions across on-premises and cloud/hybrid

Qualifications

Expert-level Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS) architecture, operations, troubleshooting, and modernization.
Expert-level Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) / AD CS, including certificate lifecycle, templates, enrollment, governance, and troubleshooting.
Strong Windows Server knowledge, including DNS, Group Policy, authentication protocols (Kerberos/NTLM), security hardening.
PowerShell scripting and automation for AD, PKI, operational reporting, and repeatable delivery.

Responsibilities

Design and implement enterprise AD DS architectures and PKI solutions.
Lead end-to-end delivery of AD and PKI engagements, including assessment, design, migration, and troubleshooting.
Act as a trusted technical advisor and translate business and security requirements into practical architecture.
Improve operational stability, monitoring, and reliability of identity and certificate services.
Support disaster recovery, backup, and business continuity planning for AD and PKI services.
Collaborate with CSAMs, partners, engineering teams to deliver customer outcomes and reusable assets.
