Job summary

Clinical Ink is seeking a Clinical Programmer to join our Data Management team. This remote position supports data integrations, exports, and custom reports to ensure accurate customer data transfers.

You will review data mappings, develop database scripts, and collaborate with customers to define transfer standards, while mentoring junior staff and contributing to process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, information technology, informatics, or closely related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of experience as a software developer, database analyst/programmer, or clinical software tester
• Experience with Snowflake
• Experience building reports in SSRS, Tableau, or other reporting tools
• 2+ years’ experience with programming in Microsoft SQL and/or MySQL
• 3+ years of experience programming in SAS
• 5+ years of experience with Clinical Data Management and clinical development technology solutions
• Understanding of the clinical trial processes, including common data standards (CDISC) and Study Data Tabulation Model (SDTM)
• Ability to manage competing priorities and can work in a dynamic environment
• Comfortable writing and troubleshooting complex SQL queries that include PIVOT, Indexing, CTE’s, Subqueries, etc.

Responsibilities

• Develop and quality-check data integrations, exports, and reports
