Job summary

Integris Composites is seeking a CISIO EMEA to define and execute technology strategy across Europe, ensuring secure, scalable IT operations in a highly regulated defense environment. You will lead infrastructure, cybersecurity, ERP governance, and digital initiatives across multiple countries, with up to 25% travel to Denmark, the Netherlands, and France.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related field.
• 10+ years in senior IT leadership within international organizations.
• Strong background in infrastructure, cybersecurity leadership, ERP governance, and digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop the overall IT infrastructure strategy across multiple European locations.
• Ensure resilient, high availability and performance of critical systems, networks, and production IT environments.
• Standardize infrastructure architecture, governance, and support models across countries.
• Own and coordinate cybersecurity of systems including cloud strategy, hybrid environments, and modernization of legacy systems.
• Define and execute cybersecurity strategy aligned with defense sector requirements and regulatory frameworks (NIS2, ISO 27001, GDPR).
• Oversee risk management, vulnerability assessments, and incident response.
• Govern ERP strategy, optimization, and integration with manufacturing quality and supply chain systems.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives, including automation and AI use cases.
• Identify and implement scalable digital solutions for efficiency and growth.
• Lead IT budgets, investments, and vendor relationships aligned with strategy.
