Job summary

Radiometer Danmark, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Knowledge & AI Transformation Specialist to preserve and share critical knowledge across Global TPS&S teams. You will enable AI-driven transformation, develop training materials, and support compliant digital solutions with QA, IT, and Data colleagues.

The role reports to the Director, Service Transformation and is based on-site in Denmark, with travel up to 10% and ~25% physical presence at Radiometer HQ.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Life Sciences, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years’ experience in medical devices, IVD technical service, customer support, quality, knowledge management and digital transformation environments.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies, digital solutions, and knowledge management principles.
• Experience in developing and maintaining technical documentation, SOPs, work instructions, training materials and modernizing legacy systems
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and continuous improvement capabilities with proficiency in Power BI, advanced Excel, CRM and AI systems.

Responsibilities

• Support preservation and transfer of critical technical and service knowledge across TPS&S teams.
• Contribute to adoption of AI-enabled digital solutions to improve service efficiency and knowledge accessibility.
• Develop and maintain high-quality knowledge assets (SOPs, work instructions, training materials).
• Partner with QA, IT, Data and Cyber Security to implement compliant digital solutions.
• Support audits and strengthen quality-focused ways of working.
