Job summary

Sandoz is seeking a proactive student to join the Regulatory Affairs team in Copenhagen (Ørestad) for a fixed-term internship with a 7.5-hour week. You will proofread SPCs and PILs, support Lifecycle Management and Launch activities, and help maintain trackers and docs.

Strong Windows Office and Excel skills, plus Danish as mother tongue and fluent English, are required. We offer a competitive salary with bonus potential, pension, health insurance, and a hybrid working policy.

Qualifications

• Proactive student currently studying in a pharmaceutical sciences program.
• Basic pharmaceutical understanding with eagerness to learn more.
• Strong attention to detail and organized approach.
• Comfortable with Windows Office and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Proofread and quality review SPCs and PILs for accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with Lifecycle Management and Launch teams to support projects.
• Maintain trackers and ensure information is up-to-date and accessible.
• Provide administrative support and assist with day-to-day operations of the RA team.
• Support other team tasks to help project delivery.
