Qualifications

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Dietitian to join our team in Aarhus Denmark As a Registered Dietitian you will be responsible for providing personalized nutrition counseling and education to clients promoting healthy eating habits and lifestyle changes You will work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive nutrition plans for patients with various health conditions

Responsibilities

• Conducting thorough assessments of patients nutritional needs and creating individualized diet plans
• Providing evidence-based nutrition counseling and education to clients on healthy eating habits and lifestyle changes
• Monitoring patients progress and making necessary adjustments to their diet plans
• Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive nutrition care plans for patients with chronic diseases such as diabetes heart disease or obesity
• Educating patients on how to manage special dietary needs or food allergies
• Staying up-to-date with the latest research and developments in the field of nutrition and incorporating them into practice
• Maintaining accurate records of patient consultations and progress

Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Nutrition or Dietetics from an accredited institution
• Current registration as a Dietitian with a recognized regulatory body in Denmark
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Registered Dietitian in a clinical setting
• Strong knowledge of medical nutrition therapy for various health conditions such as diabetes cardiovascular disease renal disease etc
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with patients from diverse backgrounds and collaborate with healthcare professionals
• Ability to provide compassionate care while maintaining boundaries
• Fluent in Danish written and spoken
• Proficient in using electronic health records systems
