Cari is seeking a Regional Pharmacovigilance Director to lead PV governance across Region Emerging Markets from Søborg, Denmark. You will drive compliance, capability building, and patient safety by coordinating with Global Patient Safety and regional leadership.

You will oversee PV strategy, affiliate operating models, and cross‑functional collaborations to ensure robust PV practices and regulatory readiness in a dynamic, international environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in life sciences with PV experience.
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in Pharmacovigilance.
• Experience leading PV activities at regional level.
• Knowledge of international PV legislation, including GVP.
• Ability to influence across teams without direct reporting lines.
• Strong strategic/business acumen with ability to translate priorities into action.
• Excellent stakeholder management in a multi‑national matrix environment.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Responsabilidades

• Lead PV governance and strategy for the region across affiliates.
• Oversee regional PV activities and resourcing to ensure compliant, capable PV operations.
• Maintain regulatory readiness and risk-based monitoring of PV performance.
• Govern PV vendors and third parties, support audits and CAPAs.
• Collaborate with Medical, Regulatory, Quality and Marketing to strengthen PV practices.
• Represent the region in global GPS governance and processes.
