Job summary

Siemens Gamesa in Esbjerg is seeking a Quality Inspector to ensure the highest standards for nacelles, generators and components. You will lead hands-on inspections, plan with SAP, and manage nonconformities to support continuous improvement and operational excellence.

You will work with Repair Service Operations to deliver reliable wind turbine parts, drive quality metrics, and participate in supplier corrective actions.

Qualifications

  • Experience in quality inspection within industrial or service environments, especially wind turbine systems.
  • Proficiency in SAP for inspection planning and quality processes is essential.
  • Strong understanding of quality processes, inspections, and documentation.
  • Proactive, structured and solution-oriented mindset with ability to lead initiatives.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute inspection plans in SAP for repaired components and nacelle refurbishment activities.
  • Perform incoming and final inspections of nacelles, generators, and materials, ensuring quality standards.
  • Lead task forces to address recurring quality failures and propose improvements.
  • Manage nonconformities end-to-end, including supplier corrective actions, with timely follow-up.
  • Drive quality improvement initiatives and support new products/services with necessary quality controls.

  • You will define and execute inspection plans in SAP for repaired components and nacelle refurbishment activities.
  • Perform incoming and final inspections of nacelles, generators, and associated materials, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
  • Lead task forces to address recurring quality failures and elevate improvement proposals to enhance product quality.
  • Manage nonconformities end-to-end, ensuring timely follow-up and closure of quality issues, including supplier corrective actions.
  • Drive quality improvement initiatives and support the introduction of new products/services with necessary quality controls.
