Job summary

Vestas, the world’s leading wind turbine producer, invites a Finance Business Partner to join the Quality Finance team in Aarhus. You will partner with cross‑functional teams to drive performance, build trusted financial guidance, and evaluate lifecycle value opportunities across the product lifecycle.

You will lead budgeting, forecasting and management reporting, challenging assumptions and leveraging AI and automation to enhance financial insight and decision support.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Experience in finance business partnering, FP&A, controlling, performance management, strategy, consulting, or a similar analytical role
• Well-developed financial and analytical skills, with experience developing business cases, financial models, budgeting and forecasting
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with stakeholders across functions and levels in a global or international organization
• Experience with AI, automation or digital finance tools is an advantage, but more importantly, you have a strong interest in how technology can improve the way Finance works

Responsibilities

• As a Finance Business Partner, you will provide financial leadership and insight to the Quality organization, helping improve performance, transparency and value creation across the product lifecycle
• Partner with stakeholders across Quality and the wider Vestas value chain, providing trusted financial guidance and challenge
• Develop and assess business cases, financial scenarios and lifecycle value opportunities to support strategic decisions
• Contribute to the ongoing transformation of Quality Finance through improved governance, financial models, reporting solutions and digital ways of working
• Challenge existing ways of working and identify opportunities to use AI, automation and data to improve financial insight, efficiency and decision support
• Promote transparency and performance management across key value drivers, including Cost of Poor Quality, warranty, and quality-related initiatives
• Provide clear analysis and practical recommendations that support data-informed decisions and improve quality outcomes
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting to support business objectives
