Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim Animal Health Denmark A/S is seeking a motivated Quality Assurance Student Assistant to support our Copenhagen QA team. You will gain hands-on experience in QA processes, interacting with colleagues across departments in an international setting.

Ideal candidates are bachelor or master students with at least two years left, fluent in Danish and English, and with a detail‑oriented, solution‑driven mindset. The role is part‑time (15 hours/week) and on‑site in Copenhagen.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled bachelor or master student with at least 2 years left in studies.
• Strong command of Danish and English; Swedish/Norwegian appreciated.
• Ability to work independently and systematically and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support QA with local release tasks for human and veterinary products.
• Create purchase orders (POs).
• Handle complaints and electronic archiving.
• Perform ad hoc administrative tasks.
• Check GDP/GMP licenses and certificates.
• Manage out of stock reporting.
