UNIT4 NV is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the engineering effort behind our Public Sector integration initiatives within the Source-to-Contract (S2C) area. You will grow the team by managing Development Teams while working closely with Product Management.

In this role you will drive delivery quality, coach teams in scrum, uphold engineering best practices, and oversee recruitment and staff development to ensure continuous improvement and successful project outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• You are responsible for the product deliverables in your area. Making sure we deliver quality software in a timely manner.
• You will work closely with Product Management (PM) to create solutions that satisfy defined business/customer requirements.
• You are responsible for the career development, training, hiring, daily follow up and management of staff within your area/product;
• You are the one coaching and stimulating your team members to work with scrum and make them successful in their daily work;
• Ensure engineering best practices, quality standards, security, and operational excellence;
• You are the owner of the recruitment process for your area/product and make sure that your team members receive their regular personal reviews in order to them to develop themselves further.
