UNHCR - United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees in Copenhagen, Denmark, is seeking a maternity replacement PSP Associate to work on Danish private sector partnerships and fundraising. You will collaborate with regional and global PSP teams, driving income growth and donor engagement in a flexible, team‑oriented setting.

The role requires strong Danish and English communication, project support skills, and experience with managing partnerships and CRM systems.

Qualifications

Excellent communication and presentation skills with strategic communication experience.
Fluent in Danish and English with advanced writing/editing skills.
Able to plan, multitask and prioritize under tight deadlines.

Responsabilités

Research and identify partnership and fundraising opportunities with Danish companies and foundations.
Support partnership management for select Danish private sector partnerships.
Draft compelling partnership proposals, presentations, and pitches; participate in meetings with partners.
Assist with partnership communications across social media, website and events in Denmark.
Support high-quality reporting to private sector partners in collaboration with global/regional teams.
Assist with planning, budgeting, CRM administration, and quarterly reporting.
Prepare internal/external workshops and networking events.
Perform other administrative tasks as required.
